JOIN OUR CLUB
We invite all snowmobile riders to join our club. We are a family friendly, non-profit, volunteer organization. By joining you are helping to fund what it takes to install and maintain the trails. Also, members are needed to help run the club, work with landowners, organize events, and keep our trails and equipment in top condition. Our trail system is only as good as the time and effort we put into them together.
After joining, please become an ACTIVE member and help where you can. It is very rewarding! Thank you for supporting snowmobiling and the club.
THE CLUB MEMBERSHIP RUNS FROM JULY 1st to JUNE 30th
$35.00 Membership:
- Membership for yourself, spouse, and children under 18
- Access to discounted Wisconsin Snowmobile Trail Pass
- Membership to AWSC, Association of Wisconsin Snowmobile Clubs (the governing council of Wisconsin clubs)
- Subscription to the monthly AWSC magazine
- Access to club events, food, and activities
$18.00 Secondary Membership
-Membership for yourself, spouse, and children under 18
-Access to club events, food, and activities
-Available only if you belong to another club that has paid your AWSC dues
Steps for club and AWSC membership sign-up:
1) Pay club membership dues. Online, or by mail (see below), or at monthly meetings. Now you are a Sno-birds member!!!
2) The club will pay your AWSC dues (part of your club membership dues). We are processing AWSC membership registrations a couple of times a month, because we get charged fees for each transaction. So, we try to process in groups. When you pay us, we don't automatically pay the AWSC. Email us at [email protected] if you need processing sooner.
3) Once the club pays AWSC, your status will become 'Active'. Now you are an active AWSC member. If you are a brand new member to AWSC it will take longer to get your member number assigned to you.
4) Use your AWSC number to purchase the discounted trail passes. See 'Trail Pass' tab for more info.
It takes time for the club and AWSC to process your payment. It is not automatic. DO NOT WAIT! During busy times of year there could be a delay (several weeks) in processing.
How to Use the Membership Dues “Buy Now” Feature:
1) Select Membership/2nd Club Membership
2) Under the Volunteer button, please indicate where you would like to help us out and volunteer.
2) Click 'Buy Now'
3) Pay with your PayPal account or select 'Pay with Credit/Debit Card' if you do not have a PayPal Account. Enter your name and address. Your name and address must match exactly with your WI DNR snowmobile registration name and address on file. (Ex: “Robert” does not match “Bob”.).
4) The club will use the information shown in the payment receipt email you receive after you complete payment for the AWSC account. If you want a different name on your AWSC account, please email the club that information immediately after you pay. Also, if you want your spouse and/or children added to the account please email the club that information immediately after you pay. [email protected]
Notes:
- Select '2nd Club Membership', if your primary club paid your AWSC dues, but you also want to belong to our club. You don't want to pay AWSC dues twice.
-The "shipping" cost covers the Paypal expenses for processing the cards.
