Trail Passes went on sale July 1 and the color this year is red. Stickers will be the same color as the yearly registration sticker for your car license plate.
To apply for your WI Trail pass you will need your AWSC Membership # and WI DNR number for your snowmobile. If you do not know your AWSC membership number you can locate this on the mailing label of your WSN Magazine or go to AWSC website (www.awsc.org) and enter your name, zip code and select the club (Sno-Birds Snowmobile Club) you belong to. You can confirm if your membership is active and view your AWSC number. Your membership number stays with you, and does not change year over year. If you are new to AWSC and do not have a AWSC membership number, then you will have to wait to get one assigned by AWSC. If you do not know your WI DNR number you can call 888-936-7463 or access the DNR Go Wild website GoWild.wi.gov It can take several weeks to get your pass in the mail. Once the snow starts flying and the holidays begin, the AWSC office and USPS will get busy and could cause delays in the delivery of your trail passes. DO NOT WAIT!! It is legal to ride with the printed trail pass receipt for up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase. |
